What is RETATE?
RETATE is an educational initiative created to support first-gen Latino students and early-career professionals in developing clarity, confidence, and a realistic plan to achieve their academic and professional goals.
The initiative integrates three strategic components — books, workshops, and a mentorship program — designed to provide comprehensive support for first-gen success.

Can we purchase individual copies of the book?
Yes. However, RÉTATE bulk buys include exclusive benefits, implementation tools, and impact opportunities designed to apply the content in community and multiply results.
Do you offer international shipping for bulk buys?
At this time, bulk buy options are only available for addresses within the continental United States. We hope to expand this option in the future.
What is the RÉTATE First-Gen Mentorship Program?
The mentorship program is one of the components of the RÉTATE educational initiative. It will launch in August 2026 and consists of a 5-week virtual program for first-gen college students and early-career professionals who need additional support to move forward with clarity and strategy.
What does the RÉTATE First-Gen Mentorship Program include?
The program is based on The RETA Framework® (Reason, Choose, Take Action) and includes guided practical workshops, personal and professional development, networking spaces with other first-gen participants, a safe support network, and the creation of a clear and achievable action plan.
How are students selected for the mentorship scholarships?
Students are selected based on interest and commitment to the mentorship program.
Can I choose who receives the books?
Yes. You may propose recipients within your community if you wish. Otherwise, the books will be delivered to first-gen college students.
How does brand visibility work?
